Return And Refund Policy

We strive to provide 100% satisfaction on all products. If you feel dissatisfied with the product when purchasing at DOTCASH shop, you can return it to exchange for a new product or receive a purchase code with corresponding value within 7 days. Only applicable when the product shows no signs of use and still has the original label as when received

I. Reasons for accepting returns

– The product delivered is not of the correct type and design as ordered.

 

– The product is damaged due to manufacturer error or error during transportation (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.).

II. Return conditions

1. Request for product return

a. Returned products must be intact, unused, and must not be damaged in packaging or product tags/labels.

b.All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

c. Unacceptable return products will be sent back to the customer, with shipping fees paid by the customer. Customers cannot receive purchase codes.

 

2. Return time

Your return request must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Return confirmation time is when the customer provides a complete return request and valid documents proving purchase at DOTCASH shop

 

If you receive a product with a visual defect (showing signs of scratches, external damage, not as originally described...) or an incomplete product order, please contact the Care Department. customers within 48 hours of successfully receiving the goods.
